Bahadurgarh Steels plant manufacturers of large dia pipes, with diameter ranging from 15mm to 400mm. As part of Surya Group's expansion plans in the steel sector and also to take advantage of the buregeoning demand for spiral welded pipes for transportation of Oil, Gas and Water as well as structural and industrial appications, Surya Roshni group has set up a modern large manufacturing plant under the name Surya Global Steel Tubes Ltd in Gujarat. This plant would also have additional facilities for production of ERW pipes. the spiral welded pipes would be used mainly for transmission of oil, gas and water at various pressures and densities over loand distances.

The plant situated in an area of about 100 crores and located on the National Highway at Bhuvad village (Anjar) in Kutch (Bhuj) will produce Spiral Welded pipes in the range from 18" to 100" with maximum wall thickness of 1" (25.4mm) conforming to API/ASTM specifications upto API 5L, GrX80. This plant has capacity to 200000 MT per annum.

Surya Roshni Ltd is having its two Lighting plants at Kashipur (UP) and Malanpur (MP), producing flourescent tube lights, GLS Lamps, CFL Lamps, HDSV lamps, glass shells auto halogen lamps and various luminiries' components. The Kashipur unit is the largest FTL lighting factory in the country. The company is exporting its all products to various countries.

The CR Strip division has been modernized to meet the stringent requirements of customers in domestic and export market.
